BetX7 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BetX7 ("BetX7", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at betx7.click and all related services, games and features offered through it.

By accessing betx7.click, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the BetX7 platform.

These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, the BetX7 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific or promotion-specific rule, these Terms take precedence unless the specific document explicitly states otherwise.

To register and use the BetX7 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetX7 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age where there is any reason to doubt a player's eligibility. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts registered on behalf of another person and accounts controlled by automated software are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of BetX7 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from BetX7 or subject to any other exclusion order that covers the BetX7 platform. Players who register in violation of an active self-exclusion will have their account closed and balance withheld pending review.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of any BetX7 employee without prior written consent from BetX7 management.

BetX7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and may lead to permanent closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the BetX7 platform. Duplicate accounts created by the same person – whether intentionally or not – are a violation of these Terms. BetX7 uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts beyond the first may be permanently closed and any associated balances or bonus winnings may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any other details requested. BetX7 may cross-check the information you provide against third-party verification services.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials – username and password – secure. Do not share your login details with any other person. BetX7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. All transactions on BetX7 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetX7 does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported:

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case BetX7 will confirm an alternative method with the player. BetX7 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for first withdrawals and for amounts above Rs 50,000.

BetX7 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider on the incoming transaction are outside BetX7's control and will be borne by the player. Players are advised to check their provider's terms regarding incoming transfers.

BetX7 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Promotions page.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds at BetX7 carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. Games that contribute 0% will be clearly identified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count towards wagering but will still reduce the bonus balance if they result in losses.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• One active bonus at a time: BetX7 does not permit stacking of bonuses. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active is not permitted.
• Abuse prevention: BetX7 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse of the bonus system is suspected. This includes but is not limited to coordinated betting across multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay and providing false information to claim a promotion.

All games available on BetX7 are operated in accordance with the rules specific to each game, which are accessible within the game interface. These specific rules form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, these general Terms apply unless BetX7 explicitly states otherwise.

BetX7 games are provided by third-party certified providers. The random number generators used in RNG-based games are independently tested and certified. BetX7 does not operate or control the underlying game engines and is not responsible for outcomes within certified games where the outcome has been determined by the certified RNG. Crash games including Aviator use a provably fair algorithm that players may verify independently after each round.

Sports betting markets at BetX7, including cricket betting, are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. BetX7 reserves the right to void bets where match results are disputed, where matches are abandoned or where irregular betting patterns that may indicate manipulation are detected.

Where a bet is placed in error – wrong market, wrong amount, incorrect selection – BetX7 is not obligated to void or amend the bet once the relevant market has been confirmed. Players are advised to check all bet details carefully before confirming.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BetX7 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the details of another person
• Using the platform while under the age of 18
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during any verification process
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with the BetX7 platform in a non-human manner
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, hack or interfere with the BetX7 platform, its games or its infrastructure
• Colluding with other players in multi-player game formats, including poker and live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sports events or any conduct intended to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity, including money laundering
• Harassing, threatening or abusing BetX7 staff, support agents or other players through any communication channel
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers or promotional structures in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational gameplay

All content on betx7.click – including but not limited to the BetX7 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces and software – is the property of BetX7 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BetX7 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the BetX7 platform without prior written permission from BetX7.

Game content, including graphics, mathematics, sound and branding, is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to BetX7 for distribution. Any use of game assets outside the BetX7 platform without permission from the respective provider is prohibited.

BetX7's collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at BetX7, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

BetX7 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment information and gameplay activity for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations and improving the platform. BetX7 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data is stored with industry-standard encryption. Payment data is handled by PCI DSS compliant processors. You have the right to request access to the personal data BetX7 holds about you and to request corrections where data is inaccurate. Contact support@betx7.click for data requests.

BetX7 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a full suite of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available in your account settings at all times and can also be activated by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month. Limits take effect immediately. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification at a chosen interval showing your session duration and net result.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours). During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, bet or use promotional offers.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from BetX7. Exclusions take effect immediately. BetX7 will not accept any request to reverse a self-exclusion during the chosen period.

BetX7 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While BetX7 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and correct operation, BetX7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetX7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

BetX7 accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Technical failures, connectivity issues or interruptions to service beyond BetX7's reasonable control
• Bets placed in error by the player
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Actions of third-party game providers within their certified and audited game systems
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, government actions or similar circumstances

Nothing in these Terms limits BetX7's liability for death or personal injury caused by BetX7's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

BetX7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within the specified timeframe
• Receiving a chargeback request on a deposit transaction
• Duplicate account detection
• Player self-exclusion request

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BetX7 will communicate the reason to the player and indicate the expected timeline for resolution. Where an account is closed for cause, any balance remaining after deducting contested funds and applicable costs may be returned to the player via their registered payment method at BetX7's sole discretion.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@betx7.click. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal via the player's registered payment method within five working days of account closure confirmation, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

BetX7 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, payment methods or operational requirements. When material changes are made, BetX7 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the BetX7 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, you may close your account before the effective date by contacting support@betx7.click.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. BetX7 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you see a notification about changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws applicable to BetX7's operational jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between you and BetX7, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, BetX7 provides a formal complaints procedure. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to support@betx7.click with the subject line "Formal Complaint". BetX7 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 days.

BetX7's decisions on complaints related to game outcomes are final where the outcome was determined by a certified, independently audited RNG system and no technical fault has been identified. For sports betting disputes, BetX7's interpretation of the relevant sport-specific rules will be applied, and the decision of BetX7's disputes team is final.
