Visit the Login page and click "Forgot password?" below the login form. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and an OTP will be sent to that number via SMS. Enter the OTP, create a new password and you're back in. If your mobile number has changed, contact support@betx7.click with your account details and our team will verify your identity and restore access manually.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several failed login attempts in a row as an automatic security measure. The lock lifts itself after 15 minutes. If the account remains locked after that, or if it has been suspended for a different reason, contact support@betx7.click. Common reasons for manual suspension include incomplete verification, a flagged security issue or a previously submitted self-exclusion request.

Yes. Contact BetX7 support at support@betx7.click with your current account details and the new mobile number you want to register. For security reasons, mobile number changes require identity verification before they are processed. This is to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

If you wish to permanently close your BetX7 account, contact support@betx7.click with the subject "Account Closure Request". Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure. Note that permanent closure is different from self-exclusion – if you are concerned about problem gambling, self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page is the recommended approach, as it includes additional welfare protections.

BetX7 does not charge any fees on deposits. Your wallet is credited with the full amount you transfer. Some payment providers may charge a small transaction fee on their end – this varies by provider and is outside BetX7's control. Check your provider's fee schedule if you are unsure.

Match result bets are typically settled within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed. In-play markets settle at the end of the relevant ball or over. Winnings are credited to your BetX7 wallet automatically once settlement is complete. For bets on rain-affected or abandoned matches, settlement follows the official DLS method result where applicable, or stakes are returned if no official result is possible.

For ODI and T20I matches, if the minimum number of overs required for a result has been completed and a DLS result is declared, bets will be settled on the official result. If a match is abandoned without a result being possible (no overs bowled, or fewer than the minimum required), stakes are returned in full to your BetX7 wallet. For Test matches, a draw is recorded if the match does not produce a result within the scheduled days.

The minimum stake per bet at BetX7 is Rs 50. This applies to pre-match and in-play cricket markets. There is no restriction on placing multiple bets up to your available balance. Maximum stake per selection varies by market and odds and is displayed on the bet slip before you confirm.

Cash out is available on selected cricket markets at BetX7. When cash out is available for your bet, a "Cash Out" button will appear on your open bets list with the current available return shown.
